By downloading, installing, or using the FIFA World Cup 2026mobile application and related services (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of the App. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

FIFA World Cup 2026 provides tournament information, live and scheduled match data, team profiles, head-to-head comparisons, statistics, notifications, and user account features related to the FIFA World Cup 2026 tournament.

The App is an unofficial fan application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, its member associations, or any official World Cup organizing body unless expressly stated otherwise.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you failed to safeguard your credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

The App, including its design, code, text, graphics, and logos (excluding third-party trademarks such as team names and FIFA-related marks), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Team names, logos, and tournament marks may be trademarks of their respective owners. Use of such marks in the App is for identification and informational purposes only.

If the App allows you to submit content (e.g., profile information, preferences), you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve the App.

You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

The App may send push notifications about matches, scores, and service updates. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings or within the App. Message and data rates may apply.

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that match data, scores, statistics, or AI predictions will be accurate or timely. Tournament data is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting support.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as permitted by local law.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain any mandatory rights under your local consumer protection laws.

Apple App Store:If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In the event of App failure, you may notify Apple for a refund per Apple's policies; Apple has no other warranty obligations.

Google Play Store:If you downloaded the App from Google Play, you acknowledge that Google is not responsible for the App or these Terms. Google's terms apply to your use of Google Play.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email. Your continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
